Privacy Statement, Standards of Care, and Third Parties

Privacy Statement

PGPresents takes borrowers’ privacy very seriously, especially with regard to their student loan portfolios.

  • We will never ask for direct online access to a borrower’s loan records, either at StudentAid.gov (from their NSLDS record) or their online account with their loan servicer. We will never ask for IDs and passwords to their accounts.
  • Our correspondence both before our service commences as well as after the One-Time Consultation service commences as well as during the six month period following will always be with the borrower only. Our policy is not to copy anyone else with borrower related correspondence, and that includes family and any other third parties such as financial advisors.
Standards of Care

We pledge the following to our clients:

  • No phone queues, ever.
  • You will always work with the same person, period.
  • No advertisements.
  • No sharing of your data with any outside entity such as your loan servicer or the United States Department of Education (for example, the Ombudsman Office), unless such is needed to help resolve a repayment problem, and then only with your written approval.
Third Parties

It has always been and continues to be our philosophy that the borrower is ultimately responsible for the management of her or his student loan portfolio. Therefore, we do not provide consultations to third parties, including family members and financial advisors.

As mentioned in our Privacy Statement, we do not correspond with third parties on behalf of a borrower nor will we share information on a borrower over the phone with a third party.

While we greatly appreciate referrals, financial advisors are not allowed to sit in on consultations we have with their clients.
